Success in learning depends on finding the right instructor; someone who knows the subject well and understands how to inspire students.
My teaching style focuses on skills training, but also emphasizes self-exploration and discovering a passion for music. Take a look at the lessons I provide and choose the right one for you.
Celebrate Theory & Music History
The class ”Celebrate Theory and Musical History” supports the study of music at every stage of a student’s musical development. This is an essential resource for enriching practical studies and developing well-rounded musicianship. It is important for students to learn about the great composers who have enriched our lives with their beautiful music. Each student's musical journey is enriched with guided listening activities from the most famous composers and learning facts from their biography.
Royal Conservatory Curriculum

Testimonials
"Ella is a truly exceptional and magnificent teacher. I could not have asked for a better instructor, mentor, and friend. Ms. Ella always encourages me to do my best, and she always has a smile on her face; you can tell she loves her job! Whenever anybody asks who taught me the art of music, I enthusiastically recommend Ella. I couldn't imagine learning from anybody else!"

"Ella is a wonderful teacher. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she teaches. My daughter responds so well to her. Ella has a warm, positive approach to teaching, but is gently strict when she needs to be, and is clearly a pro at what she does. We tried a teacher before Ella, but her communication style was just not right for children. Thanks to Ella, my daughter actually enjoys playing piano, looks forward to doing her "homework," and is learning so much at the same time. I would highly recommend Ella to anyone as a piano teacher."
